Dedicated client communication
While communication with clients is essential during project implementation, it is just as important after the launch of Atrium. The solution itself evolves, as do user needs. At Event creates the documents necessary for clients’ in-house communication (new Atrium functions, process changes, creation of a new interface, etc.).
According to demand we communicate using paper or electronic formats (PDF, newsletter, etc.).
This enables users to be fully informed of functional changes and optimize the use of Atrium over time thanks to the tailor-made support provided, adapted to the business context of each client.
